Add Card
Adding a card runs a small verification charge so Paystack can confirm the payment method works.
- USD accounts: $1
- KES accounts: KSh 130
The card authorization can later be used for paid invoices and recurring charges.
What Happens After Payment
- The user chooses a plan.
- CredVault opens Paystack checkout for paid plans.
- Paystack confirms the payment.
- CredVault stores the selected plan and payment authorization.
- The billing account becomes active.
- Usage and invoices continue from the active billing account.
Billing Controls
Users can view:
- current plan
- current usage
- estimated monthly cost
- invoice history
- payment methods
- spending limits
- default card
Pay-as-you-go users can set spending limits. When a spending limit is reached, billable operations can be blocked until the user upgrades or increases the limit.
Invoices
Invoices show usage-based line items such as storage, requests, bandwidth, compute, backup storage, seats, and AI inference. Flat-rate plans use the fixed plan price, while Pay-as-you-go invoices are calculated from usage.
